I was experiencing a rodent infestation in my property, with the constant sound of scratching each night, which created an uncomfortable and unsafe living environment. After conducting some online research, I reached out to Kulwinder from Trident Pest Control. He arrived within an hour, a stark contrast to other companies I had contacted, which were not only more expensive but also had long wait times for appointments. During the inspection, I also discovered what appeared to be insect residue, droppings, and a nest, which I brought to Kulwinder’s attention. He quickly diagnosed the issue and its underlying cause. With the appropriate equipment readily available, I enlisted his services for both rodent and insecticide control. Kulwinder was thorough in explaining the entire process, providing valuable advice on prevention, and addressing all of my questions with patience and professionalism. The entire procedure was completed in approximately one hour. I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Trident Pest Control and highly recommend their services for their prompt response, detailed explanations, and reasonable pricing!

I had fantastic experience with Trident Pest Control - everything was handled with professionalism. Technician was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and clearly explained the steps they were taking. I am so happy to have the cockroach issue resolved. Thank you guys, I highly recommend Trident Pest Control. (I was referred this service by my best friend to remove cockroaches for my investment property in Melbourne CBD before new tenancy starts). Meets (Investor).
