We reserve the right to refuse service in cases where safety or access is compromised.

2. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or website. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may incur fees.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are provided based on property details and pest conditions. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, electronic funds transfer, and other agreed payment methods.

4. Service Limitations and Warranty

While we apply best practices and high-quality treatments, no pest control provider can guarantee complete eradication due to factors beyond our control (e.g., property condition, environmental influences).

Our warranty terms will be communicated during service delivery and may vary depending on treatment type. End-of-lease treatments do not guarantee pest-free status post-service, especially in multi-unit dwellings.

5. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trident Pest Control excludes liability for:

• Damage caused by pests prior to service
• Damage caused by failure to maintain property or implement preventative measures
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from pest infestations or service use

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, and materials are owned by Trident Pest Control or licensed to us. No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of our services and website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
